Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders and are designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from corrosion-resistant materials and are commonly utilized in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and various applications in higher temperature and humid environments. The outer and inner rings, as well as the balls, are made from SUS 440C, while the cages and shields are constructed from SUS 304. The seals are composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability, grease-free bearings for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments. Warranty information includes coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
