Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from materials that provide excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The key features include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages and shields made from SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability, grease-free bearings suited for applications where lubricant use is not permitted, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
