SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C for the outer and inner rings as well as the balls, and SUS 304 for the cages and shields, these bearings are equipped with Nitrile rubber (NBR) seals for enhanced protection. They are particularly well-suited for applications in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other environments that experience higher temperatures and humidity. Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for non-magnetic applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for scenarios where lubricants are not permissible, and ceramic bearings intended for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and lubricant-free environments.
