Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. They are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for outstanding corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages and shields made of SUS 304, and seals constructed from nitrile rubber (NBR). Custom options available by special order include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for non-magnetic applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricant cannot be used, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic environments where no lubrication is allowed.
