SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C material, these bearings offer excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly used in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings include outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages constructed from SUS 304, shields made from SUS 304, and seals composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubricant cannot be used, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
