SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them ideal for applications in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other equipment operating in high-temperature and humid environments. These bearings are constructed with outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C stainless steel, cages from SUS 304 stainless steel, shields from SUS 304 stainless steel, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for enhanced corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities than both SUS 440C and SUS 304, lubricant-free grease bearings for applications where lubrication is not permitted, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
