Smt deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are made of AISI 52100 bearing steel or other specialized steels suited for specific environments, and they find applications in electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textile, packaging machinery, and numerous other types of equipment and machinery. Available on a special order basis are several variants: SUS 440C stainless steel bearings, designed for corrosion resistance; SUS 304 stainless steel bearings, which offer both corrosion and heat resistance while being suitable for non-magnetic applications where SUS 440C cannot be used; SUS 630 stainless steel bearings, providing excellent corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, surpassing those of SUS 440C and SUS 304; grease-free bearings, intended for applications where lubrication is not permitted; and ceramic bearings, which are ideal for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
