Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other settings exposed to high temperatures and humidity. The bearings feature outer and inner rings, as well as balls, made from SUS 440C, and cages and shields crafted from SUS 304 stainless steel, along with Nitrile rubber (NBR) seals. Additionally, Smt offers special environment bearings available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for better corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which provide superior corrosion resistance and higher load capabilities, grease-free bearings for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
