SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them suitable for various applications, particularly in food processing machinery and cleaning equipment within higher temperature and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C stainless steel, while the cages and shields are constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel. Additionally, the seals are made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Available by special order are several options, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for enhanced corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for use in environments where lubricant cannot be permitted, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and lubricant-free settings.
