Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders and can support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from materials that ensure corrosion resistance, they are widely utilized in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields also of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Special order options are available, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings suitable for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and greater loading capability than both SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricant is not permitted, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant conditions.
