Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Made from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in higher temperature and humid environments. The outer and inner rings, as well as the balls, are constructed from SUS 440C, with cages and shields made of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Special order options include SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricant is prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
