Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C material for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications exposed to higher temperatures and humid conditions. The bearings consist of outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability, grease-free bearings designed for applications where lubricant is not permitted, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
