SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to effectively support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for applications in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other environments characterized by high temperature and humidity. Each bearing includes outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages made of SUS 304, shields crafted from SUS 304, and seals composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance as well as nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for lubricant-free applications, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
