SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in higher temperature and humid environments. The components of the bearings include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages crafted from SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Special environment bearings are available by special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher load capacity compared to SUS 440C, grease-free bearings for applications prohibiting lubricants, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
