Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from high-quality materials to ensure corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications that operate in higher temperature and humid environments. The outer and inner rings and balls are made from SUS 440C stainless steel, while the cages and shields are composed of SUS 304 stainless steel. The seals are made of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, Smt offers special environment bearings available by special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance as well as nonmagnetic properties, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant conditions.
