Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for outer and inner rings and balls, with cages and shields made from SUS 304 stainless steel, these bearings offer enhanced corrosion resistance. Additionally, seals are constructed from nitrile rubber (NBR). Special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance and nonmagnetic properties, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities than SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubrication is restricted, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive environments that are nonmagnetic and require no lubrication.
