Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance and are commonly utilized in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in higher temperature and humid environments. The components include outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages made of SUS 304, shields also made of SUS 304, and seals crafted from nitrile rubber (NBR). For specialized needs, several options are available on a special order basis: SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for exceptional corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings suitable for situations where lubrication cannot be permitted, and ceramic bearings that excel in extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
