Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders and can support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are commonly utilized in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications operating in high-temperature and humid environments. The kit includes outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages and shields made of SUS 304 stainless steel, and seals made of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic environments, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and loading capability, grease-free bearings suitable for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings crafted for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant conditions.
