Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The components include outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages of SUS 304, shields of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that provide excellent corrosion resistance and higher loading capacity, grease-free bearings for applications where lubrication is not permissible, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant scenarios.
