Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications often subjected to higher temperatures and humid environments. The bearings comprise outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C stainless steel, while the cages and shields are crafted from SUS 304 stainless steel, and seals are made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capacity compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for applications where lubrication is prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
