Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at elevated speeds. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, these bearings are particularly suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C stainless steel, cages and shields made from SUS 304 stainless steel, and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals. Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in non-magnetic applications where SUS 440C cannot be used, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and enhanced loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricants are not permitted, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and lubricant-free environments.
