SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The outer and inner rings, as well as the balls, are made from SUS 440C, while the cages and shields are composed of SUS 304. Seals are made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, SMT offers special environment bearings available by special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings with superior corrosion resistance and higher load capacity, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
