SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for outstanding corrosion resistance, these bearings are particularly suited for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The outer and inner rings, as well as the balls, are made from SUS 440C, while the cages and shields are crafted from SUS 304. The seals are composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and loading capability, grease-free bearings suitable for lubricant-restricted environments, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant applications.
