SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The components include outer and inner rings and balls made of SUS 440C, cages made of SUS 304, shields made of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available on a special order basis, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic settings, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricants are not permitted, and ceramic bearings for highly corrosive, nonmagnetic, and lubricant-free environments.
