Smt deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearings due to their competitive prices. Constructed from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other steels suitable for special environments, Smt bearings are commonly found in electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textiles, packaging machinery, and various other equipment and machinery. Special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for both corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications where SUS 440C cannot be used, and SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities. Additionally, grease-free bearings are designed for applications where lubricant cannot be used, and ceramic bearings are suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
