SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Made from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in elevated temperature and humid environments. Key features include outer and inner rings and balls crafted from SUS 440C, cages made from SUS 304, shields constructed from SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon special order, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for nonmagnetic applications and corrosion and heat resistance; SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities; grease-free bearings suitable for applications where lubricant is not permissible; and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
