Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from materials designed for corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings include outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C stainless steel, cages made from SUS 304 stainless steel, shields also made from SUS 304 stainless steel, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available on a special order basis, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
