Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, featuring uninterrupted raceway shoulders for added durability. Constructed from SUS 440C for the outer and inner rings and balls, and SUS 304 for the cages and shields, these bearings also incorporate nitrile rubber (NBR) seals for enhanced protection. They are particularly suited for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications operating in high temperature and humid environments. Additionally, special environment bearings can be ordered, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings for superior corrosion resistance and increased loading capacity, grease-free bearings for situations where lubricant cannot be used, and ceramic bearings for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
