Smt deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. They are constructed from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other specially formulated steels for unique environments. Common applications of Smt bearings include electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textile, and packaging machinery. Special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for both corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, and SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that provide superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capability compared to the other types. Additionally, grease-free bearings are available for applications where lubricant is prohibited, along with ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
