SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, allowing them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance, making them suitable for food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications in high-temperature and humid environments. The bearings feature outer and inner rings, as well as balls made of SUS 440C, cages and shields constructed from SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special order options are available, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for applications where lubricant cannot be used, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
