Smt stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them ideal for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other environments with higher temperatures and humidity. These bearings are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for corrosion resistance, with cages and shields made from SUS 304 stainless steel. The seals are made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for applications requiring corrosion and heat resistance, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C, grease-free bearings designed for lubricant-free applications, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
