Constructed from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other specialized steels for unique environments, Smt bearings find applications in electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textile, packaging machinery, and various other equipment. Available by special order, the following specialized bearings include SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for both corrosion and heat resistance along with nonmagnetic applications where SUS 440C cannot be utilized, and SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to the other stainless options.
