Smt deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders and are designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them the most widely employed type of bearings due to their competitive pricing. Constructed from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other steels suitable for special environments, these bearings find applications in electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textile, packaging machinery, and various other equipment and machinery. Special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings providing both corrosion and heat resistance while being nonmagnetic, and SUS 630 stainless steel bearings that offer superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304. Additionally, grease-free bearings are available for applications where lubricant is prohibited, and ceramic bearings are suitable for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic environments that do not allow lubrication.
