Smt deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, enabling them to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. These bearings are manufactured from AISI 52100 bearing steel or other specialized steels suitable for specific environments, making them the most widely used type of bearings due to their competitive prices and versatility. Common applications include electric motors, appliances, fans, pumps, machine tools, agriculture, clutches, conveyors, food processing, textiles, and packaging machinery. Special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 440C stainless steel bearings for corrosion resistance, SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and higher load capacity, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricants are prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic applications where no lubrication is permitted.
