SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders and are designed to support radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds, making them ideal for various applications, particularly in food processing machinery and cleaning equipment in high-temperature and humid environments. These bearings are constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, with inner and outer rings, as well as balls, made from the same material. The cages and shields are made from SUS 304 stainless steel, while the seals are composed of nitrile rubber (NBR). Special order options are available, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for environments requiring corrosion and heat resistance where SUS 440C is unsuitable, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and loading capability, grease-free bearings designed for applications where lubricants cannot be used, and ceramic bearings suitable for extremely corrosive, non-magnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
