SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings feature uninterrupted raceway shoulders, making them capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at higher speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance, these bearings are ideally suited for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications subjected to higher temperature and humid environments. The kit includes outer and inner rings and balls made from SUS 440C, cages and shields composed of SUS 304, and seals made from nitrile rubber (NBR). Additionally, special environment bearings are available upon request, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for enhanced corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings offering superior corrosion resistance and higher loading capabilities compared to SUS 440C and SUS 304, grease-free bearings for lubricant-restricted applications, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and no-lubricant environments.
