SMT stainless steel deep groove ball bearings are designed with uninterrupted raceway shoulders, capable of supporting radial, axial, or combined loads at elevated speeds. Constructed from SUS 440C for the outer and inner rings and balls, and SUS 304 for the cages and shields, these bearings also feature nitrile rubber (NBR) seals for enhanced durability. They are particularly suitable for use in food processing machinery, cleaning equipment, and other applications operating in high-temperature and humid environments. Additionally, special order options are available, including SUS 304 stainless steel bearings for greater corrosion and heat resistance in nonmagnetic applications, SUS 630 stainless steel bearings which offer superior corrosion resistance and loading capabilities, grease-free bearings for environments where lubricant usage is prohibited, and ceramic bearings designed for extremely corrosive, nonmagnetic, and lubricant-free settings.
