The Porta-King Inplant Office is constructed with white vinyl hardboard for both the interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 10' with a 3-wall design, providing a functional space inside any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, such as wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and corresponding hardware, accompanied by comprehensive installation instructions and a suggested floor plan layout. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable, while the door features a 3070, 20-gauge steel construction with a right-hand swing design and a large vision lite that matches the wall panels. The door is factory installed into a frame that securely locks into the adjacent posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners enhance the connection above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts serve a dual purpose as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and providing easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labeling, designed to create a polished finish with a handy box attached to the back of the connecting post. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight and durable impact-resistant design suitable for industrial settings. The office is available in gray and white color options.
