The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12', comprising a 4-wall structure designed for Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space suitable for any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The order comprises all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and all hardware required to construct the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels have a height of 8' and thickness of 3", and they are interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door features a 3070, 20-gauge steel design with a right-hand swing, complete with a large vision lite painted to match the panel surfaces, and is factory installed in a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag. Mechanical fasteners facilitate the installation above and below the top hinge plate for added reinforcement. Furthermore, wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and each post includes 8' high snap-in cover plates for wiring concealment and accessibility. The order also comes with a standard electrical kit, which contains 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures in specified quantities, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with corresponding quantities, including a handy box for securing on the connecting post and a cover plate for a polished finish. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, delivering a lightweight yet durable, impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
