The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8 x 12 feet with a three-wall configuration, providing a highly functional space suitable for any facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, including wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made from 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and associated hardware. Each wall panel stands 8 feet high and is 3 inches thick, with interchangeable sizes. The door is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, with mechanical fasteners reinforcing the connection above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with 8-foot high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing for quick access. Additionally, an electrical kit is included, which consists of 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all with U.L. labels, complete with a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post for a clean finish. The Class C fire rated panels are composed of a 1/8-inch vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, ensuring a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
