The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12', with a 2-wall design that meets Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound attenuation for a highly functional space within any facility. This kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, along with detailed instructions and a suggested floor plan layout. Each order contains all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a door, and associated hardware for construction based on the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similar-sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory installed in a frame that locks into the adjoining posts to prevent door sag and includes mechanical fasteners for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while providing easy access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures (quantities specified), a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets (quantities specified), along with a handy box for securing to the back of the connecting post and a cover plate for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
