The Porta-King in-plant office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12', with a 4-wall construction that is Class C fire rated and offers STC27 sound attenuation. This system allows for the creation of a highly functional space within any facility, utilizing pre-engineered components that facilitate easy installation and minimize downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list, ensuring that all necessary components are included. The package consists of wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-sized panels, a right-hand swing 3070 door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite that matches the wall panel surfaces, and a factory-installed door frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. Mechanical fasteners are provided for reinforcement above and below the hinge plate, and the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, complete with 8' high snap-in cover plates that conceal wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled and come with a handy box for mounting.
