The Porta-King Inplant Office is designed with a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 12' and featuring a 3-wall configuration with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound insulation for creating a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime, and every order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite painted to match the wall panels, and all required hardware. The wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with like-size panels. Mechanical fasteners are provided for installation above and below the top hinge plate to enhance the door's stability, while the wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring and allowing easy access during and after setup. Furthermore, the standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for neat installation. All electrical devices are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, resulting in a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant design, available in gray and white color options.
