The Porta-King inplant office is constructed from gray vinyl hardboard, featuring a Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space within facilities. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package features all necessary components, including wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and a complete set of hardware for assembly. The door is factory-installed into a frame that securely locks into adjoining posts, preventing sagging, with mechanical fasteners provided for additional reinforcement. Wall connecting posts also function as vertical wiring chases, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing for easy access during and after setup. Additionally, the standard electrical kit comprises 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, all of which are U.L. labeled and include a handy box that affixes to the back of the connecting post with a cover plate for a neat finish. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, offering a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant solution suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
