The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 8', with a 2-wall design that meets Class C fire rating and STC27 sound control for a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as detailed instructions with suggested floor plan layouts, wall panels that are 8' high and 3" thick, connecting posts, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, and all required hardware. The door is factory installed within a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sagging, and mechanical fasteners ensure a robust connection above and below the top hinge plate. The connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are provided to conceal wiring while allowing easy access. Each order also comes with a standard electrical kit that includes 2'x4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115 volt electrical outlets, complete with a handy box for easy installation on the connecting post and a cover plate for a tidy finish. All electrical devices carry the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface, available in gray and white color options.
