Porta-King Inplant Office offers a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior with dimensions of 8' x 8' and features a 2-wall design. It is constructed with Class C fire-rated materials and provides an STC27 sound rating, creating a highly functional space within your facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components that are easy to install, minimizing downtime. Each order comes with detailed installation instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The package includes all necessary wall panels, a connecting post, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for assembly. Wall panels are 8' high, 3" thick, and interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door featuring a large vision lite and is painted to match the interior and exterior wall surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into the adjoining post to prevent sagging, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts also serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for concealing wiring while allowing for easy access. Additionally, the standard electrical kit consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, including a handy box that attaches to the back of the connecting post for a neat appearance. All electrical devices are U.L. certified. The Class C fire-rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, ensuring a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, and they are available in gray and white color options.
