The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 10', with a three-wall configuration, Class C fire rating, and STC27 sound insulation, providing a highly functional space for any facility. The pre-engineered components allow for easy installation, minimizing downtime. Each order includes detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The complete kit consists of necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, door, and hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and are interchangeable with similarly sized panels. The door is a 3070, 20-gauge steel, right-hand swing door with a large vision lite, painted to match the wall panel surfaces. It is factory installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent door sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for reinforcement above and below the top hinge plate. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, and 8' high snap-in cover plates are included for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is included, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with a handy box for easy fastening to the connecting post. All electrical components bear the U.L. label. The Class C fire-rated panels are comprised of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
