The Porta-King Inplant Office features a white vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 10' x 10' with a 2-wall construction that meets Class C fire ratings and STC27 sound attenuation, creating a highly functional space for various applications within a facility. The pre-engineered components facilitate easy installation to reduce downtime, and each order comes with detailed instructions, a suggested floor plan layout, and an illustrated packing list. The kit includes all necessary wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite, a roof deck, an acoustical ceiling system, and hardware for assembly. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, with mechanical fasteners provided for additional reinforcement. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases, with included 8' high snap-in cover plates for concealing wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, all orders incorporate a standard electrical kit, featuring 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets, along with a handy box for neat installation. All electrical devices conform to U.L. standards. The Class C fire-rated panels consist of a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard surface laminated to a solid EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet robust impact-resistant surface ideal for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
