The Porta-King inplant office is constructed with gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 10', featuring a 4-wall design with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation. The kit includes pre-engineered components designed for easy installation to minimize downtime, encompassing all necessary wall panels, connecting posts, roof deck, acoustical ceiling system, a 3070 right hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel, and associated hardware for the specified sizes and floor plans. The wall panels stand 8' high, are 3" thick, and can be interchanged with similarly sized panels. The door is factory-installed into a frame that locks into adjoining posts to prevent sag, reinforced with mechanical fasteners above and below the top hinge plate. The vertical wiring chase functionality is integrated into the wall connecting posts, equipped with 8' high snap-in cover plates for easy access and concealment of wiring. The standard electrical kit includes 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, light switches, and 115-volt electrical outlets, with all devices carrying the U.L. label. The Class C fire rated panels feature a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid (UL Class 1) EPS insulating core, providing a lightweight yet durable and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
