The Porta-King Inplant Office features a gray vinyl hardboard interior and exterior, measuring 8' x 10', and consists of a 3-wall configuration with Class C fire rating and STC27 sound attenuation, providing a highly functional space within any facility. The kit includes pre-engineered components for easy installation, minimizing downtime, and comes with detailed instructions along with a suggested floor plan layout and an illustrated packing list. Each order includes all necessary components such as wall panels that are 8' high, 3" thick, interchangeable with like-size panels, connecting posts, a 3070 right-hand swing door made of 20-gauge steel with a large vision lite finished to match the wall panel surfaces, and factory-installed hardware that ensures the door is securely locked into adjoining posts to prevent sagging. The wall connecting posts serve as vertical wiring chases and include 8' high snap-in cover plates to conceal wiring while allowing quick access during and after setup. Additionally, a standard electrical kit is provided, which consists of 2' x 4' recessed LED light fixtures, a light switch, and 115-volt electrical outlets with a handy box and cover plate for a neat appearance, all of which are U.L. labeled. The Class C fire rated panels are constructed with a 1/8" vinyl finished hardboard laminated to a solid UL Class 1 EPS insulating core, creating a lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant surface suitable for plant environments, available in gray and white color options.
